A free seminar location search for the organiser :

Our venue finder service is entirely free for the organiser of a seminar. Our partner hotels offer you this quality service by way of remunerating us for the promotion of their establishment.

There is no additional cost for the end-client. Our remuneration by the partner hotel corresponds to the work in promoting the seminar sites in our guides, on our Internet sites, at the business tourism trade fairs, …and for the work relating to the commercial qualification that Business Profilers undertakes prior to the request for a quotation from the seminar location.

A free service - even if the request for a seminar organisation quotation does not generate any business.

You have asked us to find a location for the organisation of your event and then there is a change of programme, you cancel the project or change your mind… in short, the request isn’t realised by Business Profilers.

This is part of business life and we understand your constraints. You have our assurance that the organiser will not be invoiced for the time that we have spent working on their project in terms of searching for a seminar location.

The general conditions are those of the seminar site chosen.

From the moment that you have chosen a site, a contract will be established between the seminar organiser and the hotel: the general sales conditions applicable are those of the hotel. They are communicated to you by the establishment concerned at the time of the quotation being sent and the reservation contract signed. Business Profilers does not accept any responsibility concerning any changes or cancellation of the reservation, sole responsibility lies with your chosen site. The site owners or directors have sole responsibility for the information supplied and the sales condition applied.
