- "Le Carré" where you'll find a warm welcome for lunch or dinner opposite the swimming pool.
- The Pré Saint-Arnoult where you can bask in the hushed atmosphere and the magnificent view over the landscaped gardens. On the left bank, opposite the pool. Open in summer.
- "Les Chaumes", on the golf course 5 mn from the hotel, where you can take in the panorama over the Touques valley while tasting superb cooking. Restaurant recognised for its good food.
The Amirauté congress centre can make 15 conference rooms available, with a total floor space of 1300 sq metres. They can be varied in size from 25 sq metres to 400 sq metres, to allow any kind of business meetings to be organised.
Most of these rooms have a direct view out onto the estate gardens, and therefore have the advantage of natural light.
Each room is equipped with an overhead projector, video screen, white boards, etc.
