In a decor that exudes absolute charm, between the old floor tiles, fireplace and view over the Seine river or Pigeonnier, you can delight in all the treasures of the region. Local and seasonal produce reinvented with respect by our Chef. Scallops in a thin carpaccio, lobste cooked in sage butter from our garden... or a nice hazelnut hot soufflé with chocolate ice cream. In our bistro La Boucane, tou will enoy a simple and delicious cuisine life wood-oven cooked mackerel with parsley butter, organic oysters "Lenoir-Thomas" from Chausey island or a nice thin apple tart with farm cream.
