Franck Quinton (one star in the Michelin guide) has, for 10 years, favoured new discoveries and introduces you to a mushroom-based cuisine. He is fascinated by all the hidden treasures of the forest in terms of tastes and aromas. A place full of character, with a lovely view and terrasse giving onto the garden. Meals can be served on the terrace (15 covers) and in private salons. Prestigious wine cellar, and wine-tasting accompanied by Yvon, the wine waiter.
